A space for students to share and learn from one another’s experiences of bilingualism and multilingualism in the academic setting. Consider insights and options that bilingualism and multilingualism afford and generate strategies for challenges that bilingualism might present in academic endeavors such as reading, writing, and public speaking.
Explore cognitive processes of bilingualism and strategies for reading, writing, and public speaking/presentation in academic settings. Includes an introduction to techniques and approaches to enhance the learning experience for bilingual students at Harvard.

This workshop provides a space for students to share their experiences away from Harvard while studying abroad, completing an internship or a fellowship in and outside the USA. Students will also reflect on the impact of this time away on their views of themselves and the world around them.
