Robert Kegan (Ph.D. GSAS ‘77) teaches, researches, writes, and consults about adult development, adult learning, and professional development. He is the Meehan Professor of Adult Learning at the Harvard Graduate School of Education; Educational Chair of HGSE’s Institute for Management and Leadership in Education; and Co-Director of a joint program with HGSE and the Harvard Medical School to bring principles of adult learning to the reform of medical education.
