CITATION/REFERENCE WORKSHOPS
Follow-up workshops are offered by the Harvard College
Writing Program and the Harvard College Libraries. You are
invited to attend any or all of them. The workshops are
designed to help you learn more about how to conduct
research, how to use library resources, and how to cite
your sources in your writing.

about essential and efficient strategies for starting out on

EVALUATING AND USING YOUR SOURCES
Learn
about how to evaluate sources once you've gathered them for
a research paper, and how to integrate source material into
your own paper without accidentally plagiarizing. You'll
hear tips on how to assess which sources are most relevant
to your paper, how to determine the role each source may
play in your argument, and how to summarize, paraphrase, and
quote effectively. |

Do you
have questions about when and how to integrate sources into
your paper and cite them? Come to the Writing Center's
drop-in clinics and get advice from Writing Center tutors.
